A $200 refundable security and cleaning deposit must be paid 15 days before arrival date. The security deposit is fully refunded as long as the trailer is left in the condition it was received. Cleaning supplies are provided in the trailer.
Reservations made more than 30 days in advance will be charged 50% of the total amount of the rental cost at the time that the reservation is made. The total balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days to arrival date will be charged the full rental amount upon making the reservation. Payments can be made by check or money order.
Any cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date. If a cancellation is made within the 30-day period the 50% paid at time of reservation will be non-refundable. If reservation is cancelled within one week prior to arrival date the full amount in non-refundable.
(Only available for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date.) We know plans do change and emergencies come up, so if there is any issue causing you to cancel your reservation you can opt to reschedule. Any reschedules will be charged a $50 service fee. The amount already paid for the initial reservation will be applied to the rescheduled date. The date of the reschedule must be within (1) one year of initial date.
